I have Hawke's Chairgun and their Ballistic Reticle Calculator while both programs are useful I am looking for ballistics software that expressed drop in both MOA and Mils. The Hawke software only does inches and MOAs. Seems like a no brainer to offer drop in mils since so many shooters use mil dot scopes. There is a simple calculation to convert moa to mil but then the question becomes whether to use the USMC mil or the Army mil measurement. I guess I would start with both and see which is more accurate. Anyway, drop expressed in mils would be nice. Thanks. DavidHi David, I recently purchased (and sady had to return) one of Hawke Sport Optics new milrad FFP scopes. Because of that purchase I downloaded their X-ACT desktop/laptop ballistics program. Have you seen that one? Heres a printout I was fooling wth for the 15.8 gr JSB Exact Jumbo Heavy. That program does have POI's in Inches, Clicks and Dots. I've been trying to commit my POI's to memory in milrads/clicks. I don't have the settings switch set but it also reports in MOA if thats your bag. Rats, Not very good at posting an image you can see very well…sorry about that.hope you can zoom in!dcaven

You can do a LOT with it-including printing out your own range cards with whatever units you want (I do yards vs MIL).

I third the recommendation. There are no pellet BC databases attached to it, so you have to know what you shoot beforehand.
